The Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees responsible for the strategic direction, financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and overall accountability of the organisation. The Board ensures that all activities of Vibrant Hope Care Foundation are carried out in the best interests of the public and in accordance with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to charities in England and Wales.
Independence and Relationship Statement
Vibrant Hope Care Foundation shares a spiritual heritage with Sword of the Spirit Ministry Ltd. However, the Foundation operates as a separate and independent legal entity with its own governance framework and financial controls.

Financial Separation
The Foundation maintains its own dedicated bank account and financial management system. Charitable funds are held and administered independently and are not co-mingled with the accounts of Sword of the Spirit Ministry Ltd.
Operational Independence
All charitable programs, fundraising activities, and operational decisions are conducted independently under the authority of the Board of Trustees of Vibrant Hope Care Foundation.
